Andrew Ludlow is a Chartered Chemist and Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry with more than 20 years post-graduate experience in the surface coatings industry. He is well versed in ink and paint technology and has written numerous reports detailing the science and technology behind their formulation, testing and manufacture. He has also researched into setting up a manufacturing unit in the People’s Republic of China, the results of which shaped corporate strategy.

Educated whilst working, Andrew’s PhD is a study of polymer reaction kinetics, from which he has published two papers. His MBA focused on nurturing and managing innovation and creativity. Andrew is a successful man-manager who is no stranger to cross-boundary working both internationally and culturally.

As a consulant, Andrew has worked closely with a number of key players in the Chinese Art Material Industry, providing management and technical support and using his profound business knowledge of the industry to successfully achieve sustainable results within these organisations.

His work in China has earned recognition from the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government.  In the photograph opposite, Andrew is receiving the prestigious Jiangsu Certificate of Friendship from the Deputy Governor, Mr He Quan on 22 October 2010 in Nanjing.

As a business professional, Meiru Ludlow has over 15 years experience in the industrial and retail sectors, working in the areas of marketing, international business to business sales and business development. She has a deep understanding of Chinese culture and language and has used these skills in both China and Great Britain for a number of Global Enterprises. She is no stranger to working across international boundaries and with people from different cultures.

Her role as Business Development Manager is to provide her experience and expertise to help our clients develop their business in both Europe and China.
